Share thoughtfully.
The form asks for business context and contact information, with phone and location count optional. Do not include payment, bank, card, account, login, or other financial details in the message. You control what appears in the draft before you send it.

This describes the contact tool, not a complete production privacy policy. Hosting, technical logs and enabled site analytics are separate from the email-draft tool. Their collection, providers and retention must be covered in a reviewed privacy notice before a public launch.
